2. Services & Responsibilities

VisaNow will use reasonable skill and care to prepare and submit applications using the information you provide. You are responsible for providing accurate, complete and up-to-date information and supporting documents. We will not be liable for errors caused by incorrect information provided by you.

3. Payments & Fees

Fees for services are set on the order page. Payment terms will be specified at purchase. VisaNow is not responsible for consular or government fees unless explicitly included.

4. Refunds & Cancellations

Refunds are governed by our refund policy available on the site; certain services may be non-refundable once submissions are made to authorities.

5. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, VisaNow's liability is limited to direct damages up to the amount paid for the services. VisaNow is not liable for delays, rejections or decisions by government authorities.

6. Data & Privacy

Processing of personal data is subject to our Privacy Policy. You consent to the transfer and processing of your data as necessary to provide the Services.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to Traveling WorldWide LLC and relevant jurisdictions. Disputes may be brought in competent courts.
