  • Travel & Application Data: passport number, nationality, travel dates, application details, supporting documents (e.g. passport scans).

3. Purpose & Legal Basis

We process your personal data only to: (a) prepare and submit travel visa/eVisa applications on your behalf, (b) communicate status updates and support, (c) comply with legal obligations and (d) protect legal rights. The legal bases are performance of a contract, consent (where applicable), and compliance with legal obligations (including immigration rules).

4. Data Minimization & Retention

We only collect what is necessary to complete the application. We retain records for as long as required for operational, legal or compliance reasons and to respond to queries or disputes. You may request erasure where not required to retain data by law.
