2. PURPOSE

This Legal Notice governs the use of the digital platform visanow.app operated by LetsVisa, through which the Company provides visa application support and advisory services (hereinafter, the “Service”). LetsVisa acts as an intermediary to facilitate a smooth and efficient visa application process on behalf of the User with the relevant official authority. Use of the platform implies full and unreserved acceptance of all the terms and conditions contained in this Legal Notice.

3. NATURE AND SCOPE OF THE SERVICE

1. LetsVisa exclusively provides support and advisory services to facilitate visa applications.
2. The Platform offers Users the option to contract the support service, whose cost will be shown before completing the application. Users are also informed that they may voluntarily apply for a visa directly through the official platform without incurring the service fee.
3. LetsVisa is solely an intermediary and facilitator and, therefore, does not have any authority or guarantee over the issuance or denial of visas, which is the sole responsibility of the competent official immigration authority.

4. FEES AND CHARGES

1. The User acknowledges and accepts that if they choose the support service, an administrative fee will be charged, which will be communicated beforehand and does not include any official fees, charges, or costs required by the competent authority.
2. The Company transparently informs Users that the same procedure may be completed directly via the official platform without incurring additional service charges.

5. LIABILITY

1. LetsVisa is committed to providing accurate and up-to-date information regarding visa requirements and procedures. However, it does not guarantee visa approval nor the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of information retrieved from official websites.
2. The User is solely responsible for verifying the information provided and for complying with the requirements and submitting the documentation requested by the issuing authority.
3. LetsVisa shall not be held liable for any direct or indirect damages, inconveniences, or issues arising from the use of the platform, the information provided, or the denial of a visa, as this decision lies solely with the competent authority.

6. DISCLAIMER AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

1. The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." LetsVisa offers no express or implied guarantees regarding the suitability, reliability, security, or continued operation of the platform.
2. LetsVisa shall not be held liable in cases where service interruptions or issues result from factors beyond its control, including but not limited to system failures, internet outages, or force majeure events.

7. PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION

1. The personal data provided by the User will be processed in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and applicable Estonian data protection legislation. The purpose is to manage the contractual and/or informational relationship with LetsVisa.

8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content, graphic design, logos, images, texts, and other materials on the Platform are the exclusive property of LetsVisa or third parties who have authorized their use. Total or partial reproduction is prohibited without the express written permission of the Company.

9. GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION

1. This Legal Notice is governed by the laws of the Republic of Estonia.
2. The parties expressly submit to the jurisdiction of the courts of Tallinn, waiving any other jurisdiction that may apply.

10. MODIFICATIONS

LetsVisa reserves the right to modify this Legal Notice at any time. Such modifications will become effective upon their publication on the platform. Continued use of the platform after the publication of changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
